Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 3 cup water on the sugar
- 5 eggs
Directions
1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon gelatine, whites of 5 eggs. Small can of shredded pineapple or other fruit. Dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup of cold water. Put 1-3 cup water on the sugar and boil for 2 or 3 minutes, then add gelatine. Beat the eggs and when the syrup is cool pour gradually in the eggs, beating all the time. Add fruit, serve with whipped cream.
