Directions
1/4 pound of ham cut into dice, 6 potatoes cut in dice, 2 small on- ions, sliced, 1 pint of milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon flour. Melt butter and add ham and onions. Cook until brown, cover with 1 pint boiling water and add the potatoes. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Just before serving add milk thickened with flour and let boil 1 or 2 minutes.
