This is an exceedingly nice salad to serve with braised beef or mut- ton. Cover the bottom of a salad dish with crisp lettuce leaves, put over the top alternately slices of boiled beets and hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of onion chopped and cover with Italian dressing.
