Beat yolks of 2 eggs lightly with one spoonful of chicken grease. Butter can also be used. Stir in sufficient Mazo meal, (sifted) until a smooth batter is obtained, then stir in beaten whites; add a pinch of salt. Take a portion of soup stock and boil balls for soup y\ hour before ready for serving. Then pour in with the rest of soup ; if not boiled sufficiently, will be hard and tasteless. Mrs. C. J.
