Have ready twice the amount of fish in boiled potatoes, chopped fine, mix well, add a cup of milk, a little onion juice and parsley to season, with a few bits of red pepper. Put a tablespoonful of butter in a frying pan. add the fish and toss until well browned. Serve hot.
