Ten eggs, one pound sugar, three-quarters pound butter. Beat the eggs with the sugar until very light, then stir in the flour with a teaspoon, put them on white paper in the usual form, sift over them white sugar, bake in a quick oven. When done take them off with a knife, put two together, and put to cool.
