Directions
One pint finely chopped cooked chicken, one pint cream sauce, four eggs, one tablespoon onion juice, salt and pepper. Stir the chicken into the boiling sauce, cook two minutes. Add the yolks of the eggs well beaten, and set away to cool. Then add the whites well beaten. Turn into a buttered dish and bake half an hour.
