  • one cup of pearl tapioca over night
  • one cup of sugar
  • a pint of cold water
  • a pint of boiling water
  • a pint of sugar
  • seven good sized oranges
  • salt

Directions

Soak one cup of pearl tapioca over night, in the morning boil in water till it clears, adding one cup of sugar and a little salt. Have a ripe pine- apple chopped not very fine and turn tapioca and sugar over it while boilng hot. Stir and turn into a mould to cool. When cold eat with sugar and cream.
