Ingredients
- four ounces of ammcmia
- four ounces of white castile soap
- two ounces of alcohol
- two ounces of glycerine two ounces of ether
- one quart of soft water over the ^re
- four quarts of cold water
- two parts chloride of lime to four parts of water
- four parts of water
- eight quarts
Directions
TO REMOVE MII.DEW.
Soak the parts of the cloth that are mildewed in two parts chloride of lime to four parts of water, for about four hours, or until the mildew has disappeared ; then thoroughly rinse it in clear water.
CI.EANSING FMJIO.
Four ounces of ammcmia. four ounces of white castile soap, two ounces of alcohol, two ounces of glycerine two ounces of ether. Cut the soap up fine ; dissolve in one quart of soft water over the ^re ; then add four quarts of cold water. When nearly cold add tne other ingredients. This will make almost eight quarts.
