Boil an ^gg 20 or 30 minutes. When cold, remove the yolk; mash, and add to it i heaping teaspoonful Coleman's mustard, i even teaspoonful of salt, 2 teaspoonfuls of oil or melted butter. Do not add the oil or butter until the (fgg, mustard and salt are thoroughly mixed. Lastly add vinegar, or juice of a lemon, until of the right consistency.
