Beat 2 eggs, without separating; add to them ^ pint of milk. Pour this carefully, stirring all the while, into ^ pint of sifted flour. Strain at once into greased hot gem pans, and bake in a moderately quick oven at least 35 minutes. If not sufiiciently baked they will fall when taken from the oven.
