Flaked Wheat, Eggs,

Peaches, Whipped Cream.

Make crust same as cherry pie. Either fresh or evapo- rated peaches can be used. Put the fruit through a colander, add sugar to taste, mix well, spread on crust, then spread a meringue made of the whites of two eggs and a little sugar beaten very stiff. Pies made of sweet fruit should have meringue made of whipped cream.
