OMELET. Three eggs, 1 cup of milk; salt; 3 teaspoons of flour. Put yolks of eggs, flour and milk together, then add whites, well beaten, on top. Put in hot buttered frying pan and let stand on top of stove until it sets, then brown in oven. C. B. Moore.
