  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small onion chopped fine

Directions

DEVILED CLAMS. Twenty-five clams; 4 hard boiled eggs; % cup of bread crumbs moistened with a little milk; 4 tablespoons of melted butter; season to taste. Add a little prepared mustard, 1 small onion chopped fine. Put mixture in clam shells and sprinkle bread crumbs over them. Bake in hot oven 35 or 30 minutes. Have mixture quite wet.

COD-PISH BALLS. Pick the fish fine and freshen. Boil potatoes and mash them.- Mix fish and potatoes together while hot, taking 3-3 potatoes and 1-3 fish. Put in plenty of butter, make into balls, and fry in hot lard.
