Directions
One teacup of chopped meat, 1 teacup of cooked rice, 1 coffee cup of sweet milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook 15 minutes on top of stove, then add 1 egg, after which put in oven and bake from one-half to one hour. Try like custard to tell when done. Netta Brown.
