Directions
Mrs. W. A. J. Pare and boil six good sized potatoes ; when done mash and pbur on them three pints of boiling water ; run through the colander and stir into it two table- spoons sugar and one of salt ; when milk warm, stir in half a cup of yeast. In summer this will rise in three or four hours.
