Directions
Put a head of some large fresh fish in a saucepan with soup vegetables and herbs ; add 2 teaspoons salt, ^ teaspoon pepper, 1 tea- spoon curry powder, if liked, and 3 quarts water. P>oil slowly l^ hours. Strain through a cheesecloth into another saucepan, add
