- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon beef extract dissolved in hot water
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 small minced onions in a skillet
- 2 dessertspoons curry powder
Directions
Put 2 small minced onions in a skillet with 2 tablespoons butter. When browning, stir in 2 dessertspoons curry powder. Mix well, then add 2 tablespoons flour, stirring quickly, and J pint of stock or 1 tablespoon beef extract dissolved in hot water. Simmer 10 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons cream and six sliced hard boiled eggs. Serve hot.
