Make precisely as Peach Bavarian Cream if the canned fruit or juice is used. If ripe fruit, take 1 quart, press through a sieve, add 1 cup sugar, and proceed as with peaches, but do not cook. Raspberry and Pineapple Bavarian Creams are made the same w'ay, but require less sugar.
