Alelt \ pound marshmallows over steam, add 2 tablespoons boiling water, cook till smooth and turn in a syrup made of i cup milk and | cup sugar boiled, without stirring, 6 minutes; add a few drops almond extract, J cup pistachio nuts blanched and chopped, and a few drops green coloring; beat till cool enough to spread. Use for filling and frosting.
