Boil the sugar and •] the cream as in Vanilla Ice Cream: when cold, add the rest of the cream, ^ pound shelled pistachio nuts blanched and pounded, 1 teaspoon each of vanilla and almond extract, and enough spinach juice or harmless vegetable green to '•-olor it a light green. Ereeze.
