Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups nutmeats quickly

Boil 1| cups confectioner's sugar, 1 cup maple syrup, and J cup cream until the soft ball is reached. Tlien take from the fire, and beat vmtil it shows signs of sugaring, stir in 2 cups nutmeats quickly, and drop from the spoon on buttered paper.
