Peel and put into cold water until ready to cook. Drain and put into a double boiler. For 1 pound of mushrooms add 2 heaping tablespoons of butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Make a thickening of 1 heaping teaspoon of flour, 3 teaspoons of catsup, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Do not add any water.
