- 2 teaspoon of ca- viare
- a spoonful of mayonnaise

Nice for Sunday night, served cold. Poach as many eggs as required — not too soft or too hard. Place a lettuce leaf on plate; then nice, large slice of tomato; then poached egg. Pour over a spoonful of mayonnaise, and place in center j/2 teaspoon of ca- viare. Serve with reception flakes. The use of a ^poacher is recommended to keep the eggs in uniform shape.
