Slice 3 oranges; sweeten with 3 tablespoons sugar; place in bottom of well-buttered pudding dish. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter, yolks of 3 eggs, 2^ cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder. Pour over the oranges and put into the oven to bake. When done, invert into another dish.
