To the white of I egg add the same measure of water and ]/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Stir into this, a little at a time, sufficient confectioner's sugar to make a cream stiff enough to handle. Such a cream can be made into balls and dipped in melted choco- late, or used for stuffing dates, or for walnut or almond creams.
