to give a good mint flavor. Cover and cook until apples are soft, then strain through a jelly bag. Boil 20 minutes; add sugar heated. Add more mint leaves if desired; let boil 5 min- utes. Skim and pour into glasses. Let stand in sunny window 24 hours.
