A Factory 200 x So ft. & 4 stories high has been erected in Philadelphia for the purifica- tion of Cocoaant oil. It is expected to be in operation early this Fall. New cans and packages secure from leakage will be adopted. A FAMILY APPLE MILL.

Nothing is so much needed as a simple, cheap mill which would enable small apple growers to reduce their surplus apples to a pulp from which the joice can be expressed 1 then boiled down to a syrup and in this way preserved for dilution as a beverage or used as jelly. Add sugar before boiling down.
