3 pounds of beefsteak chopped fine (buy already chopped), l^A cup oyster crackers rolled fine, 2 eggs well-beaten, almost 1 cup boiling water, butter the size of an egg, 1 teaspoon salt and l'^ tea- spoon pepper to 1 pound of meat ; make into two rolls and cover with boiling water; bake three hours.
