3 pts, milk, yolks of 4 eggs, i/o box of gelatine, sweeten to taste, and boil as custard ; when taken from the fire stir in thorough- ly the beaten whites; use Royce's extract vanilla; pour into moulds, and when cold, serve with cream. It is better made the day be- fore you want to use it. Mrs. James Roy.
