22 prunes boiled, stoned and chopped very fine, whites of 5 eggs and a pinch of salt; beat; then add l^ cup sugar and i/4 tea- spoon cream tartar; set pudding dish in basin of hot water and bake 22 minutes; serve with whipped cream. S. S. R.
