Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 1 egg
- three min- utes

II tablespoons coffee, 1 egg, 10 cups water (boiling) ; beat the egg; add a. little cold water and mix with the coffee; turn into coffee pot; pour on boiling water and stir thoroughly; boil for three min- utes ; place on back of the stove for ten minutes, where it will keep hot but not boil ; serve at once.
