If chunks or slices are used, cut quite small. After taking out fruit from can, fill can with water, add it to the juice. If shredded pineapple is used, then take a whole can of water. Put pineapple, juice, sugar and lemon juice on to boil. When tender, thicken with cornstarch. After taking from the fire, let cool, then add yolks of eggs, one at a time. When light, add the beaten whites, put in baking dish, and bake about IS minutes, when it will be set.
