Directions

One-half pound of French prunes, whites of six eggs, twelve tablespoonfuls of powdered sugar ; steam prunes until tender; chop fine; beat whites of eggs to a firm froth ; stir in sugar ; stir in very lightly chopped prunes. Bake in a quick oven five or ten minutes, and serve at once, with whipped cream.
