Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg

6 hard-boiled eggs (shelled). 1 raw egg.

i lb. sausage meat. seasoning to taste.

Roll each egg in the forcemeat, egg and bread crumb, fry in hot fat ; drain well, and serve cut in halves ; garnish with parsley. Mrs. Glenn.
