3 eggs hard-boiled. Btead-crumbs.*

Boil the eggs quite hard, then remove shells and cover thinly with any kind of potted meat or fish. Then egg and bread crumb, and fry in sufficient fat to cover. Cut the eggs in half and serve on watercress or lettuce, and decorate with tomatoes.
