Beat the yolks of three eggs and whites of two well with the sugar, then add the rind of both oranges grated, and the juice of one. Stir in the flour mixed with two teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Mix well together, and bake in two large saucers or plates in a brisk oven. When done jam the two pieces together with a paste made of the juice of the other orange and icing sugar. Ice the cake all over with icing made with sugar and the white of an egg. Place for a few minutes in a cool oven to set.
