Ingredients
- 2 pints of water
- 5 lbs
- 1 tin of apricots

Pare and core 5 lbs. of apples; place in a stew jar with 2 pints of water; when it is nicely pulped take out and place in preserv- ing pan with C lbs. of lump sugar and 1 tin of apricots; after coining to boiling point let it boil briskly for 20 minutes.
