915. _Wine Whey._--Take of fresh cow's milk, half a pint; white Madeira wine, one ounce. Boil the milk, then add the wine.

916. _Mustard Whey._--Cow's milk, 1 pint; bruised mustard seed, one ounce; simmer together till the curd separates, then add half a pint of Madeira wine. A spoonful of this to be taken every hour or two, in low fevers and cases of debilitated stomachs.
