Ingredients

  • one half lbs
  • 1 1/2 pts
  • 7 eggs beaten to a stiff froth

Directions

One and one half lbs. of sugar boiled in 1½ pts. of water until it ropes. Put into a bowl and stir and beat until it is milk warm, then add whites of 7 eggs beaten to a stiff froth, beat all well together.
