Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped peaches
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups muffin batter
- butter for greasing
- butter and sugar sauce for serving
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Grease a pudding dish with butter.

Prepare a muffin batter and add half the sugar required for cake.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish.

Layer the chopped peaches on top and sprinkle with sugar.

Pour the remaining batter over the peaches.

Bake until golden brown and serve with butter and sugar sauce.
