  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Gradually stir the milk into the flour.

Warm a frying pan over medium heat.

Separate the eggs, placing yolks in one bowl and whites in another.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and the yolks until well mixed.

Add the milk, flour, and salt to the beaten yolks and mix well.

Melt the butter in the frying pan.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture and pour it into the frying pan.

Lift the edge with a knife to check for browning.

Place the pan in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for a moment to cook the center.
