Gingered-Up Carrot Relish

A deceptively tasty relish with a great flavour of orange followed through with a big hit of ginger. Great as a relish with cheese in baguettes or mixed with plain yoghurt to serve with curry. The shelf life is up to 3 months and it should be refrigerated after opening.
