- 500gm pasta spirals.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 200gm baby mushrooms, sliced.
- 3 sticks celery, sliced.
- 1 large red capsicum (bell pepper).
- 1 large green capsicum (bell pepper).
- 1 can corn kernels, drained.
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
- 1 bottle (250ml) Caesar salad dressing.

Directions

Add the pasta to a saucepan of boiling water and boil, uncovered, until the pasta is just tender. Drain off the hot water and rinse under cold water. Allow to drain again until cool. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well but gently.
