  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

Make pudding according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice, peel and extract. Reserve ¼ cup for topping. Spoon remaining pudding equally into 4 dessert bowls. Toss remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of pudding. Drizzle with reserved pudding. Note: Use fruits such as kiwi, strawberries and oranges for the assorted fruit slices.
