- 3/4 cup Frozen Fruit Juice
- 3/4 cup Low-fat or Skim Milk

Directions
1 Servings: 6 * you can use pureed fresh fruit or frozen fruits instead juice.
2 In a 4 cup glass measure, combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk.
3 Pour into pop molds or use small paper cups and insert a wooden stick in the centre of each.
4 Freeze until firm, about 2 - 3 hours.
5 To serve, peel off paper cups
