  • 1 medium Vadelia onion
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • Salt 7 pepper

Peel and cut the avocados in squares. Cut the onion in thin slices.Drain the corn. Mix all ingredients, add Mayo (about half a cup) and salt & pepper. You can add a couple of drops of lime juice to avoid the avocado to turn black. Enjoy!
