- 1 Large Pineapple
- ¼ Cup Spainsh Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup fresly squeezed Lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Cup Red Onion, peeled and cut into slivers

Slice the pineapple lengthwise into quarters. Peel it and remove the fibrous core. Cut the pineapple into 1 inch cubes and place in a salad bowl

Cut the avocados in half lenghtwise, remove the pits and cut in half again. Carefully remove the skin and cut the avocados into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the pineapple.

Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and salt and pour over the fruit.
