  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup onion

Directions

Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges. Add sersonings. Stir to blend. Add and toss to blend. Food exchange per serving: ½ vegetable exchange + ½ fat exchange cal: 37
