  • 1/3 cup cooked, crumbled bacon OR 2 oz bits
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine milk, beer and cheese spread in medium saucepan.

Stir in bacon.

Combine flour and butter to form into a ball.

Add butter mixture to warm milk mixture.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter mixture dissolves and soup is thickened.

Season with salt and serve.
